(Frequently Asked Questions) section below:
WHAT IS
THE AUTOSHIP PROGRAM?
Your order is shipped to you every month (4 weeks). Your credit card is
charged automatically and you have to do nothing each month.
HOW DO I
BECOME AN AUTOSHIP PREFERRED CUSTOMER?
When you order any item from the shopping cart marked "$ave
10% with Autoship", you will be placed on Autoship for that
item. You may set up an Autoship shipment on any single product or
combination of products. It's your choice!
HOW MUCH
DOES IT COST TO BECOME AN AUTOSHIP PREFERRED CUSTOMER?
Nothing whatsoever!
HOW DO I
CHANGE MY MONTHLY AUTOSHIP BACKUP ORDER TO CONTAIN NEW OR DIFFERENT
PRODUCTS?
To change your Autoship backup order (usual monthly products) to contain
other items, new items, or totally different items, simply call USANA
Health Sciences Customer Service toll free at
(866-872-6272) Five days before your next 4 week Autoship cycle, and change your Autoship order.
Note: You will receive a free Autoship calendar so you will know exactly
when you will receive your next Autoship order for the following month.
HOW DO I
CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?
To cancel, simply e-mail, fax or mail a notice to USANA Health Sciences stating that you
would like to cancel your autoship. You must include your Preferred
Customer Number (which you will receive with your first order invoice). If you
just want to skip receiving an order one month, you can simply call the
USANA Health Sciences customer service line (866-872-6272) and verbally request that
they skip your autoship for that month. Whether you are canceling or
skipping a month, the requests must be received by 5 days before your
autoship due date.
